While
to please his wife Silvia (Finocchiaro), who for years would like moving to Milan, Alberto (Bisio) - a post office official Monza - is willing to pretend to be handicapped. The coast found the relocation to the place of Castellabate, near Naples. Here Alberto fears a life impossible and instead found people simple, available and knows how to enjoy life.
Remake the Sticks, French blockbuster directed by and starring Dany Boon (who appears here in a cameo), Welcome to South got an equally resounding commercial success here too. Especially regarding the interpretation of Bisio, some found on the different linguistic registers, some hilarious gags absent in the original film (Alberto / Bisio who goes to sleep with the flak jacket) and an amiable comedy that never notched in foul language. Brings sadness but think that the Italians can so richly rewarding works as inoffensive or as this film Checco Zalone, played entirely on clichés and stereotypes, the same film of mine that would undermine the claim, and on a comedy really very thin. And in fact distributes Medusa ...
the soundtrack appears beautiful Sunrise by Norah Jones.
